    Boy, I was so happy when I found out your company carry this flour! Finally, I can make gnoquis and spaghettis with the consistency and texture that it need. The only thing is that I forgot how little 1 Kg is compare to 5 pounds here. Oh well... I have to order 5 package at once I guess...
