Acerca de Havanna
Hace más de 70 años, después de muchos intentos fallidos y frustraciones, una pequeña panadería justo al sur de Buenos Aires descubrió una receta única para los alfajores. Nació Havanna. Los alfajores de Havanna tradicionalmente combinan deliciosas galletas suaves, chocolate con leche y delicioso dulce de leche o caramelo de leche en su interior. Para nuestro deleite, han creado muchos otros alfajores.
¿Qué es un alfajor?
Los alfajores son bocadillos dulces hechos con dos galletas redondas con diferentes rellenos dulces entre ellas. El relleno suele ser dulce de leche, aunque hay muchas variantes. Pueden estar cubiertos de azúcar en polvo (los tradicionales), azúcar glaseado (santafesinos o "de nieve"), coco rallado o chocolate. Argentina es hoy el mayor consumidor de alfajores del mundo, tanto en cifras totales como en cálculos per cápita, siendo el tentempié más común entre escolares y adultos.
